OUR FRIENDS IN JAMKHED

Every evening we ate dinner at Shobha's house with Shobha's father (Raj Arole), Shila, Amy, Ravi (Shobha's brother), and Shobha.

Salim had just put together a new gym and was all excited to show us. We were very impressed.

This is the woman who cooks for Raj Arole with her husband.

A couple of the boys living at CRHP. CRHP has a program where children whose parents migrate for work can leave them and have them cared for. Some of the women take care of the children, feed them, help see them off to school, etc. When the migrating season is over, their parents will come back for them.
